I think this is the most important part of our website. I hope this page allows you to see we are really human, we don't walk on water and we are not here to get rich and we are not perfect.
We do really good work and provide really sound advice and strive to help our customers be wildly successful.
We always:
- Make things right if we blunder
- Make things right if our client blunders (No, we don't exepect you to be perfect either)
- Have almost all of our clients ask us to be full time employees
- Give more than we take, typically 10:1 ROI
- Seek to get things in before the deadline
- Increase sales within 6 months, period if you follow our advice.
- Treat our client's company as if it was our own. Example: I stayed up 24 hours with a sales person to be a sounding board while they put the finishing touches on a $35M RFP...even though they were three months behind on paying our firm.
Believe it or not, we sometimes:
- Say the wrong thing, and put our foot in our mouth
- Miss a deadline (death in the family, birth of children, computer crashes, just plain forget)
- Get frustrated with our clients
- Get our clients frustrated with us
- Don't get the ROI we hoped for
