ABOUT TEICKO

I'm the founder of Focus To Grow, a business-to-business management consulting and services firm that specializes in helping companies increase their sales velocity by aligning sales and marketing and enabling sales people to leverage the social web.

I began my career with Cardinal Health, a Fortune 500 global healthcare company; landing a job that required two years of sales experience and a business degree - I had neither. Later, I was hired as the youngest sales professional for Focus Diagnostics where I swiftly rose to the top of the sales organization within one year, all while maintaining heavy involvement with the marketing departments of various companies.

As a consultant, I've had the privilege of leading more than 30 companies to record sales growth in more than 15 industries. My experience in all these different sales and marketing organizations gives me a wide and deep perspective of how to solve SMarketing problems.

I take great pride in the fact that I have rolled up my sleeves and done the work to implement all of my recommendations.

Aside from having an odd first name, and being one of 19 adopted children, I’m one of the few speakers that is a hands on sales manager, marketing manager and Innovation Games Facilitator.

Simply, I do what I talk about on a daily basis. I DO NOT arm chair quarterback and say what should be done. Instead, I share what I am actually doing and how it can work for other companies.
