| Teicko is the founder of Focus To Grow, and his enthusiasm to break through boundaries and scout uncharted territory started at a young age. At four-years-old, Teicko was taken from his biological home because his teenage parents were unable to care for him. At the age of seven, Teicko had a life changing experience that shaped his character to this day. Mama Earthie, a single black woman in her late seventies who cared for her two birth and three foster children told Teicko, “Boy, you can do anything you put your mind to!” and, “Always seek excellence.” Soon after his time with Mama Earthie, Teicko was accepted into a family that grew from nine to nineteen adopted children, all the while, guided by those two lessons from Mama Earthie.

Melinda Lynn Johnson was born into a farming family in Amery, Wisconsin and educated with a BFA from UW-Stout. She gained creative inspiration through her travels to England, France, Scotland, Switzerland, and Italy then began her creative career doing event promotion design followed with extensive work and diverse training for print design. Knowing the world was going cyber, she vested her artistic skills into web design. Currently training on inbound marketing and its influence on web design, Melinda now embraces her talents by focusing on designing a positive first impression for business to business marketing.
Melinda feels that inbound marketing and effective sales tools can only be successful if they convey a clear message and utilize design techniques that accredit the company to appear professional, organized, and trustworthy.

Kallie was born and raised in the little town of Prescott, Wisconsin. She’s been hard working and high-achieving since her childhood, dancing competitively since first grade till college, graduating Valedictorian of her high school class, and maintaining a 4.0 grade point average from fourth grade till her Sophomore year of college. After high school, Kallie ventured out on her own to Madison, WI where she danced and cheered for the Badgers and received her BA in Strategic Communications. Post graduation, she joined the Focus To Grow team as a Marketing Coordinator/Teicko’s sidekick and has since risen to achieve Inbound Marketing Expert certification and become Focus To Grow’s Inbound Marketing Manager. It’s her main priority to help companies get found online, generate leads and close new business.
