Teicko is the founder of Focus To Grow, and his enthusiasm to break through boundaries and scout uncharted territory started at a young age. At four-years-old, Teicko was taken from his biological home because his teenage parents were unable to care for him. At the age of seven, Teicko had a life changing experience that shaped his character to this day. Mama Earthie, a single black woman in her late seventies who cared for her two birth and three foster children told Teicko, “Boy, you can do anything you put your mind to!” and, “Always seek excellence.” Soon after his time with Mama Earthie, Teicko was accepted into a family that grew from nine to nineteen adopted children, all the while, guided by those two lessons from Mama Earthie. Experience
Teicko began his career with Cardinal Health, a Fortune 500 global healthcare company. Later he was hired as the youngest sales professional for Focus Diagnostics where he swiftly rose to the top of the sales organization, all while maintaining heavy involvement with the marketing departments of various companies. As the Principal of Focus To Grow, 95% of his clients experience record sales growth, regardless of size or industry.

With an eye towards delivering remarkable customer service, Scott has lead, planned, executed, and controlled profit producing programs and projects to over 125 small to global fortune 50 manufacturing and services companies. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge through his 20 years of expertise in sales, marketing, business development, business consulting, partner alliance management, software training, project management, and product management. With Focus To Grow, he's responsible for creating and implementing strategic and tactical sales programs that insure the continued growth and expansion of Focus To Grow. Prior to Focus To Grow, he worked with other leading solution providers including Boeing, Microsoft, Rockwell Automation, and Intercim. Scott earned a BA in Economics from the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA), and a BA in Psychology from UCLA. He was able to pay his way through college by having many various jobs, including one as a phlebotomist, where he was nicknamed 'The Count." In his free time, he enjoys volunteering as the Chair for the Minnesota Chapter of Sales and Marketing Executives International. He also spends time with family, often at his kids activities, coaching soccer, golfing, reading and working on home improvement projects.

Kallie graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison where she spent four years cheering for the Badgers and pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in strategic communications.
Now, at Focus to Grow she works as an inbound marketing manager. Specializing in helping small businesses implement their marketing plans, Kallie turns marketing plans into roadmaps and ensures all marketing tactics called for come to fruition. A certified inbound marketing expert, she has the skill and ability to help you execute against your plan, because a plan is only good if it is implemented.
When she's not working as Teicko's sidekick or helping clients grow, you can find her teaching dance at Helmer Dance Studio, crafting, spending time with family and friends, or outdoors watching baseball or just staying active.
