About Teicko

Teicko is the founder of Focus To Grow, and his enthusiasm to break through boundaries and scout uncharted territory started at a young age. At four-years-old, Teicko was taken from his biological home because his teenage parents were unable to care for him. At the age of seven, Teicko had a life changing experience that shaped his character to this day. Mama Earthie, a single black woman in her late seventies who cared for her two birth and three foster children told Teicko, “Boy, you can do anything you put your mind to!” and, “Always seek excellence.” Soon after his time with Mama Earthie, Teicko was accepted into a family that grew from nine to nineteen adopted children, all the while, guided by those two lessons from Mama Earthie

Teicko began his career with Cardinal Health, a Fortune 500 global healthcare company. Later he was hired as the youngest sales professional for Focus Diagnostics where he swiftly rose to the top of the sales organization, all while maintaining heavy involvement with the marketing departments of various companies.
