We are in the game for the long or short haul and our commitment is to the success of our customer. Simply, we won't leave you hanging or stick around without producing results. All of our contracts are month to month and force our team to deliver results every month

 

Transition Planning

  • TRANSITION typically happens with us agreeing to a timeline and working from there. Because we have done the job, we understand first hand what it takes to get the job done. So, we actively pursue candidates that are willing to perform in the high performance environment we create. We actively participate in the recruiting process and the onboarding process. Typically, we recommend a four week transition plan to help the new sales manager with a smooth transition and make sure they have everything they need to be successful. At this point, we always make ourselves available to support for our hourly consulting fee.

  • LONG TERM SERVICE We consider long term service anything beyond two years. At this point in time we like to move to a transition compensation plan where 40% of our monthly fee is paid strictly for results.
