Are we dealing with the decision makers, and how do we know?
Is there a budget or financial capacity to allocate funds to resolve the issue at hand?
Will they buy from someone even if they don't buy from us?
Will the deal happen within 4 weeks or sooner in regard to deciding upon the solution that is being presented?
Do they align with our values?
Easy to work with
Lucrative/profitable
Fun= Is it work in a space we like/love working in? Can we make it our own and believe in what we're doing? Do they treat their vendors and employees with respect, with "high core values"?
Do they trust us?
Believe we are competent to do the job
Believe we are reliable and can deliver within their time frame
Believe we are telling the truth and don't have a hidden agenda
